Berea Gardens ....     Training Reservation and Registration
Please fill in and submit the form below to reserve the segment you want.  We request a $100 deposit at least two weeks prior
to the session to secure your reservation.  I recommend making reservations as soon as possible. Space for each session is
limited.  The balance of your registration and meal fees are due before the session begins.  We will provide accommodations
the Sunday prior to your session and you are welcome to stay through Sabbath after a 5 day session.  Please refer to the

We are not able to accommodate pets. Families with children should reserve during the July and August sessions only.  You are
responsible for the supervision of your children and they must be supervised at all times. After receiving your reservation we will
provide details and reading lists that will be helpful in preparing you to make the most of your time here.
